ADDRESSING THE GARAGE.
The aim of the project was to create a "Zoning Location Survey" of existing conditions for Don & Susan so they can look at options for their garage. It is old, and had an old fashioned wood type floor, that cannot hold the weight of a car of today. They intend to either raise the garage and add a firm concrete floor, or build a new garage all together with much more space. We met Don & Susan while providing a survey for their neighbor, right across the street, who was raising their house onto concrete pillars. As you can see on our plan, Don & Susan's property is in a Flood Zone and elevation (topographic) information was required. This will also aid them in design if they do decide to build a new garage. Don was a pleasure to do business with and we look forward to getting his project started!
